Econsul was one of the outstanding colts of his year, winning the Group 1 2004 Caulfield Guineas (1600m), the most prestigious sire-producing Classic on the Australian racing calendar.
Econsul was a brilliant Stakes-winning juvenile who trained on and he’s stamping his foals with his quality. His first-crop yearlings averaged $46,000 at the 2010 Inglis Melbourne Premier Yearling Sales, with a top price of $130,000.
